Group Class First lesson (no commitment): £10 

After your first lesson you need to make a committment to booking a block as below. No drop-ins. 

Lessons must be booked in blocks of 4 weeks, at £40 (1 lesson a week).

Students must give 24 hour notice of any cancellations otherwise the full fee will be charged

Mat Dynamics Pilates classes are athletic and dynamic in nature based on the classical sequence of Joseph Pilates with modifications. There are no 'levels' in my classes as I provide each student with corrections and appropriate modifications to ensure everyone progresses at their own individual speed. 

The duration of the class is 55 minutes. I do not take more than 10 people in class to ensure optimum attention given to each student.

I'd ask you to bring your own mat and a medium size towel to class. You may also want to bring a bottle of water as well. 

Please wear form-fitting clothes so that I can observe your movements better and offer you the appropriate correction but nothing that you feel uncomfortable in. Don't wear sports bottoms with thick elastic bands as this may cause discomfort when lying on your back. 

I'd ask you to come to your first class ten minutes early to fill out a Health and Fitness form so that I can understand your current health and fitness issues and goals.
