My classes are based on eclectic movement patterns derived from original Pilates matwork and apparatus, old school calisthenics, posture work and various forms of stretching techniques inspired by martial arts and yoga traditions. They are hard work but fun and great for back health. Through a series of flow-type sequences you will strengthen your core muscles, mobilise and stretch your body to gain functional flexibility, as well as improve your posture, body awareness and mental focus. No music. No pampering. Solid but inspiring training.
